| All items purchased via The Site carry a manufacturers warranty and must be taken up with the Manufacturer's themselves. Casa Manolo will provide as much assistance as required to ensure the product is repaired or replaced if proven to be defective and within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer. |
| 4. Return, Refund and Cancellation |
| The Site offers no returns, refunds or cancellations, items may be exchanged within a period of 30 days if the item has not been removed from its original packaging. |

| Casa Manolo offers shipping within Jamaica only. We bear no responsibility once the items have been picked up by the Courrier Company. |
| 6. Import Status & Pricing |
| The Company is a net importer of products operating under Duty Free, Tax free and Duty Paid restrictions; which will be advertised as such on The Site. Products imported into the country under Duty Free qualifications are sold solely for the purpose of export by the consumer; an invoice outlining such will be provided. Certain products sold by The Company are free of Government tax and many of the products sold by The Company are dutiable. |

| If item is in stock then we will deliver within 2 working days as long as the customer is located in an area serviced by Airpak or Tara. No Back Orders. |
