1. Overview:
Casa Manolo has been offering its amazing services for the past 30 years and we are now coming online to meet our growing clientele's needs: Fast, secure, online shopping. We guarantee the same customer satisfaction and great prices.

Our online store consists of 10 departments listed herein: Cambio, Repairs, Computers & Memory, Fragrances, Home Electronics, Portable Electronics, Mobile Phones, Jewelry & Watches, Printing Solutions.

We offer two types of products: duty free and taxable goods.
Duty free items can only be sent to clients residing outside of Jamaica.
2. How to Register:
For additional security and authentication of our customers, a 2 part registration process has been created. A random fully refunded amount will be debited from your account.
You will then have to verify on your online bank statement or call your bank and enter this amount in order to complete the registration process.
3. Browsing Products:
The top menu links lets you navigate departments and the left side menu allows you to select categories.

Once you have arrived at a product listing page, you can go from page to page by clicking on previous or next on the bottom page. You can also insert the page number in the text box to skip to a specific page. However, if you would like to browse products using product attributes, you can use our product sorting device.

Sort through products depending on your budget and attribute requirements. For example, let's say your budget for Product X from Brand X is $4000-$5500. You know exactly what you want and would like to see that product. We have a sorting mechanism that permits you to do so. Once you have gone to the Department and Category where the product is located, go to the bottom left menu to try our product sorting application.
There are drop down menus for each field. Select the characteristics and press go. If you would like to try another combination, press GO.

When you encounter the product you like, click on it and you will land on the description page where you will find more details about the product.
4. Purchasing Products:
Now that you have found the product you were looking for, click on "add to bag", this will automatically redirect you to your shopping bag. Please note: You can access your shopping bag anytime when you are signed in by going to "My Shopping Bag" located on the top right corner.

Editing the content of your shopping bag is easy: if you would like to remove a product, click on "remove" and if you want to add a product, enter the number of products you would like to buy and click on update. Once you are ready to purchase the product press Checkout.
Note: if you are not logged in you will be redirected to the login page.
Please note: We will remember any product you have added to your bag, even if you are not logged in yet. If you are not already on the shopping bag page, please go to the top right corner and click on shopping bag. Verify that the content of your cart is correct.

If you would like to verify the shipping status of your order follow the instructions below.
5. Viewing Orders and Modifying My Personal Information:
If you would like to change your personal information such as billing and shipping address or view your orders, you can do so by clicking on My account in the bottom menu.

There are 6 parts of your user account you are able to modify or to access. Please note: be sure you save changes before closing.

Once you have signed in and accessed: "My Account", you will encounter these 6 links.

View or change my account information
View or change entries in my address book
Change my account password
View the orders I have made
Check the status of an order
Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters
